A shampoo and a soap available. Particularly good and amazing location, close to a municipal art gallery. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The location was great, it was easy to get to an entertainment-focused arena. The studio was large and well equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a dishwasher.

The location was incredible and amazing and I greatly enjoyed access to Leeds Town Hall. Big bonus was a walk-in shower and luxury bathroom. Staff were very pleasant people.

Had a great Xmas stay in a lovely apartment suite. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a free upgrade. The apartment was beautiful with top-of-the-range equipment in the kitchen and a large comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the train station and close to bars and restaurants.
The entrance to the hotel was hard to find and not very safe, with vomit and cigarettes on the street. It was also noisy at times with people yelling on the street day and night.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with spacious and modern rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within a short walk, and it was a perfect place to stay when attending concerts at the First Direct Arena. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Apartment's location and staff were excellent! The venue was 5 minutes walk away from Browns. Staff were always amiable. No complaints, I had a lovely stay and would come here again.
